Job Description:
Ideators is seeking an experienced Odoo ERP Consultant to join our dynamic team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience implementing and customizing Odoo ERP solutions for businesses.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client business requirements
• Design, implement, and customize Odoo ERP modules to meet client specifications
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Odoo ERP systems
• Train clients and their team members on Odoo ERP usage and best practices
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Odoo ERP implementation and customization
• Strong understanding of Odoo ERP modules (e.g., Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, Payroll, Logistics, Finances, Supply Chain, etc.)
• Excellent technical skills, including SQL, Python, and XML
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
