Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for D365 solutions. Solution Design: Translate business needs into functional designs and solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, or other modules. System Configuration: Customize and configure D365 applications according to business needs, including workflows, entities, forms, and reports. Documentation: Prepare detailed functional design documents, use cases, and process flow diagrams. Testing & Validation: Conduct unit and integration testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure the functionality of configured solutions. User Training: Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption and maximum value from D365 implementations. Project Management: Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of project phases, keeping within scope and budget. Process Optimization: Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes to maximize the capabilities of D365. Collaboration: Work with technical teams, including developers, system integrators, and other stakeholders to ensure the end-to-end functionality of D365 solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities and functionalities. Experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering. Proficient in creating functional designs, configuration, and testing. Ability to manage and troubleshoot issues during the implementation process. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders. Knowledge of integration between D365 and third-party systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
