Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs46,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month

- Process and review medical claims for accuracy and completeness.
- Submit claims to insurance companies and follow up on claim status.
- Resolve billing issues, including denials and rejections, by investigating and taking appropriate actions.
- Conduct patient account reviews and ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Work with insurance companies and patients to resolve discrepancies and collect outstanding payments.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications related to accounts receivable.
- Prepare and submit reports on account status, aging, and collections.
- Stay current with industry regulations and coding practices to ensure compliance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- Certification in medical billing and coding (e.g., CPC, CCS) is a plus.
- Minimum of 6month -8month of experience in medical billing or accounts receivable, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing codes (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) and insurance processes.
- Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
