IT Support Level 1 Support Officer
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat in adherence to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Assist users with hardware, software, and network-related issues, resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and software applications.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT support teams or senior technicians for further investigation and resolution.
- Document all support activities, including issue details, troubleshooting steps, and resolution in the ticketing system.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for incident management, problem resolution, and escalation processes.
- Provide guidance and instructions to users on basic IT-related tasks, such as password resets, account setups, and software installations.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection policies when handling sensitive information.
- Participate in IT projects, system upgrades, and deployments as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and IT trends to enhance technical knowledge and support capabilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
