Serve as the primary point of contact for our US clients, offering exceptional support and guidance.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns via email, phone, and other communication channels.
Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and timely resolution of client issues.
Maintain client records and documentation with confidentiality and accuracy.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Work in 8 hour rotational shift to ensure continuous coverage and support for our US clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Customer support, customer service, or a related field.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer focus.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
