Client Service Specialist (CSR)
Digital Prima Systems, located in Thokar Naiz Baig, is currently seeking a dedicated Client Service professional to join our team. This role involves providing essential assistance to our valued US clients, offering a competitive salary.
Job Responsibilities:
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
Experience:
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our US clients, offering exceptional support and guidance.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns via email, phone, and other communication channels.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and timely resolution of client issues.
- Maintain client records and documentation with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Work in 8 hour rotational shift to ensure continuous coverage and support for our US clients.
- Proven experience in Customer support, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
Experience:
- US based call center: 1 year (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
