Please note that this is Not a Remote Job.- THIS IS OFFICE JOB Working Hours: ● 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday to Friday Saturday 1pm to 9pm We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Admin and Customer Service Specialist. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a variety of administrative tasks, as well as provide excellent customer support. The position will also involve some social media management. The ideal candidate must be: ● fluent in English, ● available on-site (Monday to Saturday), ● and ready for an in-person interview at our office on Tipu Road, Rawalpindi. Responsibilities: ● Conduct interviews with teachers ● Manage teachers and other staff ● Handle customer relationship (mostly parents of students in the UK) ● Work as a customer support representative, i.e. timely respond and actively engage with new leads to drive sales ● Assist in other social media activities, such as graphic editing, content creation, organic social media management, etc. Qualifications: ● Fluent in English ● Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field ● 2+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team ● Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ● Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the education sector, will be advantageous.
