JOB DISCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Prepare and maintain employee documentation.
• Support employee relations and resolve inquiries.
• Provide administrative support for HR functions (payroll, benefits, etc.).
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
