DUTIES
1. Deliver outstanding customer service to all gym members, serving as their primary point of contact.
2. Maintain organization of the front desk, personal training area, and equipment.
3. Inform clients about gym hours, pricing, workout options, and policies.
4. Manage new member enrollment and maintain client records.
5. Oversee member attendance and verify monthly fee payments.
6. Process payments and issue accurate billing statements to users.
7. Administer locker key distribution and management.
8. Conduct floor walks during shifts as needed.
9. Address customer complaints in a constructive and professional manner.
10. Prioritize punctuality and reliability.
11. Maintain a polished and professional appearance.
