- Conducting IELTS training sessions for students with varying levels of English proficiency.
- Designing and implementing lesson plans that align with the IELTS exam requirements.
- Providing students with constructive feedback and strategies to improve their test scores.
- Keeping up-to-date with any changes to the IELTS exam format and incorporating these into the training program.
- Conducting mock tests and practice sessions to build student confidence.
- Tracking student progress and providing regular reports to management.
- Assisting students in developing effective study habits and test-taking strategies.
- Creating a positive and interactive learning environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (preferred).
- Certification in TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA (preferred).
- Proven experience as an IELTS Trainer or English language instructor.
- Excellent knowledge of the IELTS exam format and scoring system.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide students toward achieving their desired IELTS scores.
- Familiarity with the use of technology in education, including online teaching platforms.
- Experience in teaching diverse groups of students.
- Ability to customize lessons based on individual student needs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
