Job Title: Floor Supervisor

Requirements:
Bachelors from a recognized university.
3 – 5 Years proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills for report generation and communication.
Leadership or management training is a plus.
Job Summary:
The Floor Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities on the floor. This position involves supervising and coordinating the work of team members, maintaining a positive and productive work environment, and implementing procedures to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month

- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to restock merchandise or supplies as needed.
- Implement procedures to minimize inventory shrinkage and losses.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards.
- Conduct regular meetings to discuss goals, expectations, and updates.
Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
