We are seeking a proactive and skilled female supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be an excellent listener, and have proficiency in English. The supervisor will play a critical role in monitoring and supporting our customer support officers, ensuring a smooth process of converting inquiries into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide customer support officers in managing inquiries and leads effectively.
Ensure that the team meets targets for client conversion by providing support, guidance, and coaching.
Engage in negotiation and settlement processes with clients regarding students’ and parents’ requirements.
Address and resolve client issues, complaints, and special requests in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor daily performance, track goals, and ensure that support officers are delivering excellent customer service.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions with clients to improve the quality of service.
Provide performance feedback to support officers, fostering a collaborative and motivating environment.
Requirements:
Female candidate required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in English and the local language.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coach and mentor a team.
Proactive problem-solver and a good listener.
Ability to negotiate and settle client requirements.
Previous supervisory experience in a customer service or educational setting is a plus.
Timings 11am to 8pm
