Customer Support Supervisor

Job Description:
ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES REQUIRED
We are seeking a proactive and skilled female supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be an excellent listener, and have proficiency in English. The supervisor will play a critical role in monitoring and supporting our customer support officers, ensuring a smooth process of converting inquiries into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and guide customer support officers in managing inquiries and leads effectively.
  • Ensure that the team meets targets for client conversion by providing support, guidance, and coaching.
  • Engage in negotiation and settlement processes with clients regarding students’ and parents’ requirements.
  • Address and resolve client issues, complaints, and special requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor daily performance, track goals, and ensure that support officers are delivering excellent customer service.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions with clients to improve the quality of service.
  • Provide performance feedback to support officers, fostering a collaborative and motivating environment.
Requirements:
  • Female candidate required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in English and the local language.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coach and mentor a team.
  • Proactive problem-solver and a good listener.
  • Ability to negotiate and settle client requirements.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a customer service or educational setting is a plus.
  • Timings 11am to 8pm
