Role Overview
We are looking for an Associate UI/UX Designer who is eager to contribute to our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Create user interfaces and experiences for various digital platforms while adhering to design principles and project guidelines. Ensure designs align with business goals and user needs.
- User Research & Testing: Conduct user research and testing initiatives to gather insights. Use this data to support design decisions and ensure user-centered outcomes.
- Collaboration & Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with senior designers, developers, and project managers to improve design delivery processes. Contribute to the operational aspects of design, including task prioritization, resource management, and maintaining design quality at each stage of the process.
- Asset Management & Documentation: Help manage design assets and documentation using tools like Figma or Zeplin, ensuring proper handoff to development teams. Support version control and design updates across projects.
- Prototyping & Feedback: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Gather feedback from cross-functional teams and stakeholders to iterate and refine design solutions.
- Design Trends & Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively bring new ideas for operational improvement to the team. Look for opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity.
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with exposure to design operations, including internships or project work.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid foundation in UI/UX principles and a keen eye for design, along with examples of process improvement or operational contributions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar, and a basic understanding of operational tools like Zeplin, JIRA, or Asana.
- Familiarity with user-centered design, responsive design, and version control principles in a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey design concepts and operational ideas clearly.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, willing to contribute to both design and operational tasks as needed.
- A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

- Bachelor's (Required)
- User Interface Design: 2 years (Preferred)
