Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our team in a software company. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving software sales while working closely with the management on different agendas for each quarter. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of software products, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: · Identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events. · Qualify leads based on their needs and potential for becoming a customer. 2. Experience with Freelancing Platforms: · Experience in launching and building multiple freelancing platforms to get leads from those platforms. · Develop strategies to utilize freelancing platforms for lead generation and business development. · Manage relationships and communication on freelancing platforms to attract potential clients. · Leverage freelancing platforms to expand the company’s customer base and drive sales growth. 3. Customer Relationship Management: · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. · Follow up with prospective clients and manage the sales pipeline effectively. 4. Product Knowledge: · Develop a deep understanding of the company’s software products and services. · Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions. 5. Sales Presentations and Demos: · Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of the software. · Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and concerns of potential customers. 6. Sales Process Management: · Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. · Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts. 7. Collaboration: · Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and strategies. · Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and suggest improvements. 8. Reporting and Analysis: · Track and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, sales pipeline status, and revenue targets. · Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 9. Customer Support: · Assist customers with any questions or issues they may have post-sale. · Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients. Qualifications: · Education: · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. · Experience: · Minimum of 02 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the software industry. · Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. · Skills: · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Strong sales and negotiation abilities. · Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools. · Ability to understand and explain complex software solutions. · Strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications: · Experience in B2B sales. · Familiarity with Saa S (Software as a Service) models. Technical background or understanding of software development processes.
