Cloud Lab Private Ltd, based in Karachi, is seeking a talented Associate React/Node.js Backend Developer
Responsibilities

• Backend Development

• Build and maintain server-side logic with Node.js and Express.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with databases like Mongo DB or My SQL.
• Optimize performance and ensure scalability of applications.

• Frontend Integration
• Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate user-facing elements built with React.js.
• Ensure smooth data flow between frontend and backend.

• Testing & Debugging
• Write unit tests, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
• Maintain application reliability through testing and debugging.

• Collaboration & Code Reviews
• Work with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews.
• Follow version control and deployment best practices.

Skills Required

• Proficient in Node.js, Express, React.js, and Redux.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Mongo DB/My SQL, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with Git, testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha), and debugging.
• Familiarity with Agile development and cloud platforms like AWS (optional).
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field (e.g., Software Engineering, Information Technology)

Probation and Salary Details
The first three months will serve as your probation period with a monthly salary of
Rs. 60,000/-. Upon successful completion of the probation period and based on your immediate manager's feedback, your salary will be increased by Rs. 10,000/-, bringing it to Rs. 70,000/- per month. Following this, your contract will transition to a 9-month term.
