SALES EXECUTIVE ( OMANI FEMALE ONLY)

Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and ensuring that our products/services meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve or exceed targets.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to effectively position our offerings.
  • Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role, preferably within logistics Industry or a fresher.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RO250.000 - RO450.000 per month
