IT Financial Management (ITFM) Expert Role: IT Financial Management Expert

Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Financial Management expert with over 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating IT budgets, monitoring actuals versus budgets, IT financial reporting, and managing IT invoices and chargebacks to subsidiaries. Experience with automated ITFM tools is essential. Proficiency in Arabic and experience in the Oil and Gas industry are beneficial, but experience working with groups and subsidiaries is a must. Key Responsibilities:
Consumption Calculation: Calculate consumptions for subsidiaries using Excel sheets extracted from various systems and actual data.
Chargeback Methodology: Apply chargeback methodologies per service to compute monthly bills for each subsidiary.
Data Integration: Input results into Power BI dashboards and collaborate with subsidiaries' finance and IT teams to review invoices.
Budget Analysis: Review and analyze IT budgets and expenses to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
Bottom-Up Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses to pinpoint budget variations and their underlying causes; formulate recommendations and optimization strategies for senior executives.
Budget Planning: Assist in defining a revised FY2025 budget.
Governance Framework: Propose new governance and financial tracking frameworks to enhance efficiency.
Market Benchmarking: Benchmark service costs and prices against market standards to ensure competitiveness.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT financial management.
Proven expertise in creating and managing IT budgets.
Experience with IT financial reporting and chargeback processes.
Proficiency with automated ITFM tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed financial analyses.
Excellent communication skills; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is advantageous.
Familiarity with group and subsidiary financial dynamics is essential.
