Job Overview:
As a Onboarding Specialist at VARIG Technologies, you'll play a key role in integrating new clients into our platform, ensuring a smooth onboarding process while providing technical support. Your role will blend technical acumen, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and input new client data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.
- Create and maintain detailed internal documentation to ensure all team members have access to relevant information.
- Provide technical support to clients, helping them navigate our solutions.
- Use Excel for data analysis, record keeping, and maintaining accurate information.
- Ensure high levels of precision in all tasks and processes.
- Work independently to troubleshoot and resolve issues, taking initiative when faced with challenges.
- Adhere to established guidelines while remaining flexible and adaptable to changes.
- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and evolving client needs.
- Sufficient technical understanding of buildings and IT systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
