Customer Service Representative

Your role & influence as Customer Service Representative


Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for delivering best-in-class service to our customers, managing their needs before and after purchases through efficient sales support, IT product advice, and issue resolution.

Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of delivering best-in-class service to our customers, working closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments like logistics and IT support to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Core activities:

  • Handling customer inquiries and providing support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate assistance for both pre- and post-purchase needs
  • Offering expert IT product advice, addressing customer concerns, and resolving issues related to delivery, complaints, and product usage
  • Managing the processing of orders, generating invoices and credit notes, and efficiently handling returns and exchanges through the CRM system
