Your role & influence as Customer Service Representative
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for delivering best-in-class service to our customers, managing their needs before and after purchases through efficient sales support, IT product advice, and issue resolution.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of delivering best-in-class service to our customers, working closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments like logistics and IT support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Core activities:
Handling customer inquiries and providing support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate assistance for both pre- and post-purchase needs
Offering expert IT product advice, addressing customer concerns, and resolving issues related to delivery, complaints, and product usage
Managing the processing of orders, generating invoices and credit notes, and efficiently handling returns and exchanges through the CRM system
