Who We Are Recruiting for the Position We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team and help build and maintain our online presence. If you have at least 2+ years of experience managing social media platforms and are passionate about creating engaging content, this role is for you. As a volunteer-based team member, you will play a key role in developing strategies that resonate with our audience and align with our mission. Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content delivery across platforms.
Develop and implement social media strategies to grow followers and increase engagement.
Content Creation & Strategy:
Create content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our mission.
Monitor social media trends and analytics to refine strategies and improve performance.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the team to ensure all social media initiatives support our overall project vision.
Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management with a strong portfolio or examples of your work (Note: Applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, Linked In).
Communication: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Technical Needs: Fast internet connection, stable electricity, and a reliable computer are essential.
