To succeed in this role you need to have a visionary professional with a deep understanding of social media ecosystems, capable of crafting impactful campaigns, generating compelling content, and driving results through data-driven strategies. RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and execute effective social media strategies that align with multiple clients' marketing and business goals.
Develop and manage engaging content for various social platforms, including written, image, and video content.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Tik Tok and Twitter)
Generate innovative, out-of-the-box content ideas to increase engagement and create viral moments across platforms.
Participate in client meetings to present social media performance and strategies.
Manage influencer relationships and collaborations.
Actively manage and grow social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers to foster a strong online presence.
Track and analyze social media metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and cutting-edge.
Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.
Continuously optimize paid social media ads to maximize ROI, adjusting targeting, creative, and messaging as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of professional experience in Social Media Management (SMM)
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
Proficiency in social media management tools (Eg Metricool, Sprout Social, Buffer)
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a PLUS
Demonstrated ability to create viral, shareable content.
Experience with paid social advertising and campaign management is a MUST
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts.
Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for staying on top of trends and industry updates.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
