Senior Architect
Dwellion Designs is hiring a Senior architect with at least 5 years of site experience. The ideal candidate will supervise and manage different parts of both design and construction projects, while working with members of the team to plan and manage the process. He or she should be creative all-round designer, with a good understanding of space planning, as well as a good eye for detail.

Responsibilities
- Assess and determine client’s requirements, develop briefs and advise them on the practicality of their project.
- Prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals to clients.
- Ensure compliance with planning regulations and safety regulations.
- Carry out preliminary site inspection.
- Monitor the construction and planning process and advise contractors, engineers, and others on process improvements and operational enhancements for the construction projects.
- Authorize working drawings and details, and other construction documents.
- Gather data, compile reports and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders.
- Delegate tasks and schedule meetings and training sessions where required.
- Ensure quality standards.
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Must be able to deliver projects as scheduled and within tight deadlines.
- Must be detail oriented Must be very creative.
- Must be able to work productively and amicable with other members of the team.
