Junior Architect
Dwellion Design is hiring a Junior Architect to join their team. The Junior Architect will work under the direct supervision of the Senior Architect or Lead Designer.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelors degree or HND in architecture or Building Technology
Experience Level: Junior / Intermediate level
Experience Length: 1-3 years (post NYSC service year)

Responsibilities
- Analyze client’s briefs to develop creative design concepts and solutions.
- Prepare detailed working and presentation drawings, specifications and construction documents using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Produce 3D models and renderings for presentations.
- Develop proposals according to client’s brief.
- Site supervision of ongoing projects.
- Ensure compliance with planning regulations and safety regulations.
- A minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Building Technology or Higher National Diploma.
- Ability to take initiative in response to direction or instruction.
- Evidence of the ability to understand design decisions taken by others.
- Ability to use some of the following: Photo Shop, Illustrator, In Design, Autodesk Revit, Google SKetch Up and Vray or any other rendering software.
- Must be able to deliver projects as scheduled and within tight deadlines.
- Must be very proficient in developing presentation and working drawings.
- Must be detail oriented and creative.
- Must be able to work productively and amicable with other members of the team.
- Must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects.
- Must have very good written and oral communication skills.
- Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a good awareness of design trends.
