Job Summary: The Sales Representative is responsible for selling products/services to existing and new customers, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prospect and Lead Generation: - Identify new leads and potential clients through various channels (cold calls, networking, referrals, etc.). - Research and target key customers to drive business. 2. Sales and Business Development: - Present, promote, and sell products/services to both new and existing customers. - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services. - Negotiate deals and close sales. 3. Customer Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. - Provide excellent post-sales support and service. - Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently. 4. Market and Competitor Analysis: - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies. - Report market insights to the sales manager. 5. Sales Targets and Reporting: - Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets. - Maintain records of sales, revenue, and customer interactions using CRM software. - Prepare regular sales reports for management review. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build relationships and networks. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets. - Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
