Sales Expert
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and build relationships with potential clients in [target industry or market].
- Conduct in-depth product/service presentations and demos to prospective clients, effectively showcasing the value proposition.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with inbound leads and campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
- Establish and manage a robust pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding and continued success.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to senior leadership, tracking progress, KPIs, and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with 3years of experience in retail sales .
- Strong understanding of sales processes, from lead generation to closing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and effectively communicate complex solutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦250,000.00 per month
