The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the health insurance industry. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. Generate new business leads and convert them into sales. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and intermediaries. 3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. 4. Conduct needs analysis and provide tailored health insurance solutions to clients. 5. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to team and company goals. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments. 7. Collaborate with internal teams (Underwriting, Claims, Customer Service) to ensure seamless client experience. 8. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our health insurance products and services. *Requirements:* 1. 2-3 years of sales experience in the health insurance industry. 2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. 3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. 5.
