Job Title: Sales Associate – Schoolable Pay Location: Lagos, Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Head of Sales, About Schoolable Schoolable is a forward-thinking fintech company dedicated to offering schools, parents, and students innovative financial solutions that simplify and enhance the educational experience. Our product, Schoolable Pay, is designed to streamline payroll, invoicing, fee collection, and school loans—giving schools the tools they need to manage finances with ease. As a Sales Associate for Schoolable Pay, you will play a critical role in building and managing client relationships with schools across Lagos. You will focus on driving adoption of Schoolable Pay by helping schools implement our financial solutions, enabling a more efficient, transparent, and supportive financial environment for school administrators, teachers, and parents. Key Responsibilities -Identify and close new school clients for Schoolable Pay services, including payroll management, invoicing, and fee collection. -Guide schools through onboarding and setup for Schoolable Pay solutions, ensuring smooth integration with their financial processes. -Promote and manage school loan offerings, maintaining a healthy loan portfolio through ongoing monitoring and support. -Work with internal teams to address client needs and provide exceptional service. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Proven sales experience, preferably in fintech, education technology, or B2B sales. Experience in the education sector or familiarity with school administration processes is a plus. Skills & Abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively and build trust with school stakeholders. Results-driven, with excellent negotiation and closing skills. Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
