Responsibilities · Prepare marketing and sales strategies. · Create and overseeing marketing campaigns. · Ensure the company meets the sales targets. · Handle complaints/feedbacks of the clients. · Negotiate deals with the clients. · Maintain a healthy relationship with the clients. · Answer client’s questions in a professional manner. · Participate in exhibitions and conferences organized by the company. · Create awareness of the products and services offered by the company. · Write monthly reports on the performance of the campaigns. · Conduct sales calls, product demonstrations, and presentations. · Identify and pursue new business opportunities. · Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns. · Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity. · Create promotional materials (brochures, flyers, social media content). · Manage social media platforms and online advertising. · Collaborate with designers and agencies on advertising and branding.
