We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to grow the revenue and Distribution Channels (excluding Open Market) of of African Naturalistas, a company into the manufacture and sales of Hair Products. You will be required to
Manage all distributor and resellers acquisition and retention
Motivate Sales Team to meet agreed target
Increase Business Revenue and Revenue Growth Rate
Find ways to increase quality of customer service
Administrate customer database on email marketing platforms
Achieve objectives by creating marketing and sales strategies.
Prepare and complete the marketing action plan.
Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.
Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements.
Identify marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.
Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits.
Collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in Sales and Marketing in FMCG Industry
Demonstrated experience of Sales growth in FMCG Industry
Must live within Lagos State
Minimum - HND/BSC
Computer literate
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
Good people skills and friendly disposition
Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning software
