This dual-role position involves meeting sales target and also fostering a supportive and engaged community online. Key Responsibilities: 1. Meeting weekly and monthly sales target 2. Identify prospective learners’ needs and recommend the most suitable Heels and Tech courses. 3. Manage enrollment pipelines, follow up on leads, and guide potential students through the enrollment process. 4. Build and nurture relationships within the Heels and Tech community, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for current and prospective students. 5. Host, organize, and participate in community events, webinars, and online discussions to encourage engagement and knowledge sharing. Skills and Qualifications: 1. Experience in sales, community engagement, or content creation, preferably within the education or online course industry. 2. Strong communication and storytelling skills, with an ability to engage audiences and foster community spirit. 3. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of balancing sales goals with community and content responsibilities. 4. Familiarity with social media, community management tools, and content creation platforms is a plus.
