Renal Nurse
We are seeking a skilled and professional Renal Nurse to join our dedicated medical team at Zenith Medical and Kidney Center, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis and other nephrology treatments. This role requires a skilled nurse who can manage complex patient conditions, ensure safety standards, and contribute to the holistic care plans tailored to each patient.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-, intra-, and post-dialysis care and monitoring for patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by nephrologists.
- Monitor and document patient responses, noting any significant changes and reporting them promptly.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to plan and implement patient care strategies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with hospital policies and protocols.
- Assist in emergency care situations, ensuring timely intervention and support.
- Adhere to infection control procedures and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
- Registered Renal Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid practicing license.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in renal nursing or critical care nursing.
- Proficiency in dialysis equipment handling and emergency response protocols.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- A compassionate and patient-focused approach to care delivery.
- Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
