We are seeking dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses to join our client’s healthcare team located in Ikeja area of Lagos. The successful candidates will provide high-quality patient care, utilizing their nursing expertise, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for all patients. Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
Monitor patients' conditions, promptly reporting changes to physicians.
Maintain accurate, confidential patient records.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and their families on health management, prevention, and recovery.
Participate in ward rounds, conferences, and ongoing training sessions.
Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff and support personnel.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BNSc) or a Registered Nurse (RN) diploma.
Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
Possession of a valid practicing license.
1-2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting (preferred).
Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Skills:
Patient assessment and care planning.
Medication administration and management.
Vital signs monitoring and reporting.
Wound care and management.
Infection control practices.
Basic life support and emergency care.
Working Conditions:
Shift rotations (day, night, and weekend shifts).
On-call duties as required.
Exposure to infectious diseases and handling emergencies.
Salary Structure:
RN with required experience: ₦120,000 per month
RN without experience: ₦100,000 per month
Midwife with experience: ₦150,000 per month
