As our Purchaser, you'll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services for the company.
This role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of the company's procurement needs.
Responsibilities
Identify and source potential suppliers for goods and services.
Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve the best possible deals.
Place purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring they meet quality and delivery standards.
Monitor and control purchasing costs to ensure profitability.
Work with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock levels of purchased items.
Ensure compliance with all procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a BSc / HND in a relevant field from a reputable institution
Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good understanding of supply chain management.
Proficiency in purchasing software and tools.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Ability to negotiate effectively and achieve favorable terms.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Ability to identify and control costs.
Ability to resolve purchasing issues efficiently.

Salary
N80,000 monthly.
