We are seeking a proactive, organized, and highly responsible Personal Assistant/House Governor to manage day-to-day operations in a private residence, assist with personal errands, and ensure the smooth running of all household functions. This individual will maintain high standards and handle various tasks seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping and running errands, managing and overseeing household activities.
Assist the children in performing their daily duties.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Maintain records of personal expenses, household expenditures, and other relevant documentation.
Keep track of household supplies, manage inventories, and coordinate reordering as necessary.
Qualifications
HND / OND in Business, Hospitality, or any related field preferred.
Excellent communication, patience, and organizational skills.
Ability to create engaging and educational activities.
Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, scheduling tools).
Capable of organizing and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Proficient in understanding and conveying detailed instructions, both verbally and in writing.
Skilled in multitasking and setting priorities.
