Responsibilities
Administrative Support -Managing calendars and scheduling meetings and appointments
Task and Time Management -Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
Reminding the employer of important tasks and deadlines
Following up on action points from meetings
Communication Management -Drafting and editing correspondences
Assisting with project management and tracking progress on tasks
Attending meetings and taking minutes
Organizing and coordinating events, such as conferences, meetings, or social gatherings
Handling personal tasks like shopping, running errands, and making reservations
Assisting with personal projects and activities as needed.
