- Transformation: Lead Diversity, Equity and inclusion initiatives
- Completed HR Related Degree

10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably overseeing Talent, Learning, Culture and
Organisation design in Sub-Saharan Africa - Lead with right values i.e. humanism, openness, proximity and enthusiasm
