Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning and optimal productivity.
Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies and procedures that improve efficiency.

Supervise staff to foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of teamwork and high morale.
Analyze and manage operational budgets, controlling costs while maximizing profitability.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative roles, particularly within the hospitality sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) is a must.
Experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
Familiarity with operational software or ERP systems.
