We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to lead our quality control department, ensuring that all operations and products meet the established quality standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of quality control procedures and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, with a proactive approach to maintaining and improving quality across our operations.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the quality control department, ensuring all operations and products meet required quality standards.
Design, develop, and implement quality standards and quality control systems to ensure compliance across processes.
Inspect and evaluate materials, processes, and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address any quality issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Collaborate with production and operations teams to integrate quality standards into workflows and processes.
Prepare reports and documentation on quality performance, improvements, and compliance.
Train and mentor quality control team members to uphold high standards and maintain consistency.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience with a minimum of 4-7 years as a Quality Control Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of quality control procedures and standards.
Certification in quality control management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is a must.
Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and solving quality issues.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to design and implement effective quality control systems.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of motivating and training a team.
Familiarity with quality control software and reporting tools is preferred.
