We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Media and Event officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, with experience in organizing and managing events and also seeing the company’s interactions with the public by creating and implementing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, Whats App content strategies and a great team player. The candidate will be proactive, confident and an excellent communicator and organizer, who will relish the varied role, whilst being able to work under pressure and deal with the competing priorities. Responsibilities:
Manage productions of event materials.
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
Design and implement social media strategies and new features to develop brand awareness like promotions etc. to align with business goals.
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, video and reels)
Respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer’s reviews.
Stay up-to date with current technologies and trends on social media design tools and applications. Qualifications:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage budget.
Knowledge of online marketing channels.
