Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase demand for premium garri brands sold through hubeatz.com.
- Identify target markets and customer segments to expand the platform’s reach within Lagos.
- Collaborate with existing garri vendors to enhance product visibility and sales on the platform.
- Build and maintain relationships with local retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to promote premium garri brands.
- Create and execute promotional campaigns, both online and offline, to drive customer engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on market trends, customer feedback, and sales progress.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the FMCG or agricultural products sector.
- Strong understanding of the Lagos market and local consumer behaviour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve sales targets.
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies is a plus.
- Basic Salary: ₦85,000 per month
- Competitive commission structure based on performance and sales targets.
