Develop initiatives to improve visibility and attract high-net-worth individuals seeking luxury accommodations.
Attract and retain elite clientele, leveraging established networks and relationships with affluent clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, ensuring long-term loyalty and repeat business.
Work closely with the sales and management teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and strategies.
Contribute insights to help shape and fine-tune the sales approach for high-end clients.
Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies that resonate with an exclusive audience.
Focus on driving long-term bookings and high-value guest stays.
Operate independently as an external contractor, managing your own time and marketing strategies.

Requirements:
Over 4 years of proven experience in luxury marketing, specifically promoting high-end products or services.
Established clientele and strong connections with affluent individuals and high-net-worth clients.
Expertise in luxury brand building, client acquisition, and retention strategies.
Strong understanding of the desires and expectations of a discerning, upscale clientele.
Proven ability to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns aimed at attracting elite customers.
Excellent networking abilities, with a well-established network of affluent clients.
Strong sales acumen and ability to translate marketing efforts into direct business results.
Ability to work autonomously, manage your own time effectively, and deliver results without supervision.
Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple projects and tasks independently.
Willingness to operate as an independent contractor with a commission-based compensation model.
Ability to maximize earnings by attracting long-term, high-value clients, with compensation tied to the number and duration of stays booked.
