*Job Description*:
We are looking for dynamic and results-driven marketers and sales representatives to join our growing team. As a key player in our business development, you will be responsible for driving our growth by identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our suite of financial products.
*Key Responsibilities*:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Monibac's services.
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored financial solutions.
- Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing and sales efforts with our product offerings.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
*Qualifications*:
- 2 years experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the fintech industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
