We are recruiting to fill the position below:
As an Inventory Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's inventory operations.
This role will involve ensuring accurate inventory records, efficient stock management, and timely stock issuance.
Responsibilities
Track and monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.
Implement systems and procedures to optimize inventory management.
Oversee the receiving of incoming stock, verifying quantity and quality.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
Conduct regular inventory audits to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and uptodate inventory records, including stock cards, purchase orders, and receiving reports.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of inventory.
Resolve any supplierrelated issues.
Implement corrective actions to address any issues.
Reconcile inventory records with physical stock to ensure accuracy.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
Implement procedures to control stock issuance and prevent unauthorized use.
Monitor stock usage and identify any unusual patterns.
Qualifications
BSC or HND in a relevant field from a reputable institution.
Experience in inventory management.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in inventory management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary
N150,000 monthly.
