Job Title - Security Supervisor
Job Description:
As a Security Supervisor at Pem Security, you will be a key figure in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. Your role involves overseeing and leading a team of security personnel, ensuring that security protocols are followed, incidents are effectively managed, and client expectations are exceeded. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to top-notch security services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the security team, guiding and motivating them to perform at their best while fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
2. Site Management: Oversee security operations at assigned sites, ensuring the deployment of security officers, maintaining access control, and conducting regular patrols.
3. Incident Response: Respond to security incidents promptly and effectively, managing situations to ensure minimal disruption and risk mitigation.
4. Client Liaison: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their security concerns, providing updates, and ensuring their satisfaction.
5. Training: Coordinate and provide training to security personnel, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to handle various security scenarios.
6. Reports and Documentation: Prepare accurate incident reports, maintain proper documentation, and ensure that security logs are up-to-date.
7. Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and collaborate with the security management team to develop strategies for improving security measures.
8. Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response protocols, ensuring that all team members are well-informed and prepared for various scenarios.
9. Quality Assurance: Regularly review security procedures, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to ensure optimal security services.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role in the security industry.
2.Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
3. Security Expertise: In-depth knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
4. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and management.
5. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
6. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
7. Conflict Resolution: Proficient in conflict resolution techniques and handling challenging interactions.
8. Availability: Flexibility in working hours, as security operations may require shifts, weekends, and holidays.
9. Certifications: Relevant security certifications and training are preferred.
