Human Resource Manager
- Viju Industries Nigeria Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our dynamic team.
- We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in HR management, who has a deep understanding of Nigeria Labour Law and can lead our HR department with excellence.
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor`s Degree from a reputable University
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
- Strong knowledge of Nigeria Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Proven track record in managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Candidates residing in Ogun State are highly preferred.
