We are recruiting to fill the position below:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the right talent is hired.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Foster a positive working environment and promote company culture.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in HR management or a similar role.
HR certification is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Experience with HR systems and databases.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
