We are hiring a Marketing Assistant(NYSC) to support our HMO team in sourcing and onboarding new clients. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, continuous improvement mindset and a proactive approach to supporting the team. · Sending accurate price lists to the HMO providers · Work on Quotations as the need arises · Ensure availability of drugs · Ensure all necessary documentation process is carried out promptly · Verify prices for each drug before uploading process is carried out · Always check mail at intervals to get information from HMO providers · To assist with dispensing drugs and ensure that there are no errors · Ensure full claim of all packages delivered · Ensure accurate record keeping of enrollees, drugs dispensed, and prices · Provide adequate support to the operations lead . Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the HMO Team Lead Qualification 1. BA/BSC. Marketing, Business Administration, Management Courses 2. A self-starter 3.
