Position Summary
The Head Of Operations(HOO) will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s ongoing operations and procedures.
The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with a proven track record in operational management, strategic planning, and financial oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
Provide financial oversight and ensure fiscal responsibility throughout the organization.
Lead a team of departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Collaborate with the executive team to set and drive the organization’s vision and operational strategy.
Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements as necessary.
Manage relationships with partners and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Qualifications
Chartered Accountant designation required.
Proven experience as HOO or similar leadership role, with a minimum of [2-5] years of experience in operational management.
Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
