Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Grant Application Officer to join our team as a volunteer. In this role, you will identify, research, and apply for funding opportunities that align with Tech Pride Alliance’s mission. You will collaborate closely with our team to develop compelling applications, ensuring we secure funds to support our projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential funding opportunities from public and private sector sources.
Draft and submit grant proposals, ensuring alignment with funders'
requirements.
Maintain a grants calendar to track application deadlines, progress, and reporting requirements.
Collaborate with the team to develop narratives, budgets, and supporting documents.
Monitor and report on the progress of submitted applications.
Requirements
Experience in grant writing, fundraising, or related roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong research abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
