Food and Beverage Manager
1. Design attractive menus.
2. Develop a cordial relationship with regular customers
3. Follow food and safety regulations
4. Order food supplies for kitchen
5. Ensure customers are satisfied with food and service
6. Assist in marketing events
7. Create restaurant policies
8. Lead event planning and execution in the event hall
9. Manage the Caveman Bush Bar, Polo Bar and The Hibiscus Restaurant
10. Train old and New staff
11. Assist in hotel purchases
