Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure profitable deals.
Set and track sales goals and implement strategies to drive growth.
Act as a point of contact between the company and customers, responding to inquiries and resolving objections.
Gather market and customer information to understand needs and create proposal documents.
Inspect inventory and ensure product quality, providing accurate quotations and cost calculations.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Prepare daily updates and comprehensive monthly reports on sales and marketing activities.
Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback to improve products and services.
Manage customer databases and segment audiences for targeted marketing campaigns.
Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing roles.
Must reside in Lekki and Ajah axis
Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work both independently and in a team, with a commitment to customer service and professionalism.
